We hope your purchase from Ying Yu Jade meets your expectations. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, name and date of purchase.

If you need to return, please specify the reason. We will send you an authorization number and instructions for return.
If you want to exchange, please let us know the item number and name of item you want to exchange for.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns and exchanges. All returns and exchanges must be completed with 10 days of receipt.

There is a 20% restocking fee for returns to cover the cost of credit card expenses for us to accept your payment, and make a refund, and to relist the item back on our web site.

Personal items including jade rollers and health tools, jade eggs and ben wa balls are final sales. Health laws prohibit their return.

Sale items and other items marked "final sale" are also not returnable.
