Q: Is all your jade real, or is some of it fake?
A: All of Ying Yu Jade Chinese jade and Burmese jadeite has been tested and is genuine and natural. No fake jade on Ying Yu Jade
Q: Will I get exactly the jade that is shown in the photo?
A: If the jade piece you order is one-of-a-kind like the Burmese jadeite bangle bracelets, most of the other jade bangle bracelets, that's what you get. Photos are taken in natural daylight in several photos to show what it looks like in natural light. If you order a jade product that there are several of, like jade rollers, gua sha tools, jade eggs and ben wa balls, the photo is representative of what they look like. Since they are natural jade, there may be some variation. We often include a photo with several of the items to give you an idea what they all look like.
Q: What if I buy a jade bangle bracelet that should fit me, but it does not? Can I get a refund?
A: We understand that even though a jade bangle may be "your size", the width, the style, the amount of jade in it may make it not fit as you would like it to. Contact us with the problem, and let us know what you would like to do: return or exchange. If you exchange, we will give you store credit for the amount you paid, and the only charge you might have to pay is for the additional shipping. If you want a refund, there may be a restocking fee. Credit card companies charge us a fee for accepting your payment, then again another fee if we need to refund. Small business cannot afford to absorb the loss for refund, so if you do not want to pay a restocking fee, you can request a store credit.
Q: If I don't like what I ordered, can I just return it?
A: Please read our policies. Contact us so we can give you the address for the return that includes a return authorization number so we can locate your order when it's returned.
Q: Why don't I see reviews on your jade, like most online stores have next to each product?
A: Most of our jade is one-of-a-kind, and when it's sold, it's removed from the store. Then there is no way to leave a review on it. That's one of the problems with selling items that are one, and only only. You can view some of the emails/comments customers send when they receive their order here.
