"Substantial" genuine and natural Chinese jade "Dragon" carving.  Size is 102 mm high, 63 mm wide, and 38 mm front-to-back.  The Dragon is carved with white jade and stands on a deep green jade with lots of variation in color. The bottom is flat and will stand by itself.  Dragon is symbol of "Yang" (male, strong, active).
