Purchased from an estate sale of a Chinese family, this vintage Qing Dynasty era jadeite bangle bracelet is 58mm inside diameter, 12.5mm wide and 8.2mm thick, inside to outside the width area.  It is carved with Dragon (yang, male) and Phoenix (yin, female), lucky coins, Bat (symbol of happiness and "the good life") and etched with ancient symbol along the edge of the width.  It is flat inside and smoothly polished.  The carving is very detailed and slightly raised.  There is so much detail in the carving, the photo can't show how wonderfully carved it is. Every area is either carved, etched or both.  The basic color of the jadeite stone is green, with yang deeper green veins. This was made during the Qing Dynasty for a man.  Royal men had smaller wrists during that time period.  Due to all the jade and thickness, it fit's slightly tighter, and when I put it on my wrist, it does not look "masculine". 

Rare to find a real Qing Dynasty genuine, natural jadeite stone bangle bracelet with the quality, color and carving like this one.
