Small oval carved Burmese jadeite bangle bracelet.  Size is 52 mm x 47 mm inside diameter, 14 mm wide.  This small jade bangle fits like 49 -51 mm due to oval size.  It is carved on one side with lotus, coin and flowers, and the other side is not carved, smooth and polished.  Photos taken in natural outdoor light so you can see how the color varies in different light range.  High "chime" indicates fine best quality jadeite stone.  Well polished, a beautiful jade bangle for a small wrist, or young woman who wants a jade bangle she can "grow into".

Purchased during Ying Yu Jade shopping trip in China near the Burma border, directly from the jade carver in 2002.  This is the "old mine" quality of jadeite that is rarely available today.
