Precious "old mine" Burmese jadeite bangle bracelet "moss in snow" classic cherished pattern.  Size is 57.5mm inside diameter, 13.5mm wide. This jade bangle bracelet has "glow" the photo just can't capture.  The moss is vibrant green almost imperial green.  The white jadeite is moderately translucent and adds to the overall "glow".  Moss in snow jadeite pattern is known for its "yin and yang" balancing pattern.  The white color is yin, qi energy for compassion, dealing with loss and grief, and protects the wearer from negative energies.  The green "yang" part of this jade bangle has healing qualities, peace and balance.  A Ying Yu Jade favorite!

Purchased during YYJ shopping trip in China near the Burma border in 2003.  It was purchased directly from the jade carver who makes jade for "locals", Chinese and Asian people, not for export.  We can see by exploring the jade carving shop that all the jadeite is genuine and natural.
