Old style of Chinese jade classic round bangle bracelet 57mm inside diameter 9.5mm thick. This is the kind of jade Chinese women wore before jadeite was introduced to China, and is indigenous classic Chinese jade stone, probably from Yunan area. It is related to jadeite because of the area it is mined. High chime, all natural color. Very unique. Shows minimal wear.

From Ying Yu Jade personal collection mid 20th century carved jadeite bangle with natural "hong" red veins. This was carved during the end of the Dynasties, and is NOT polished in the style that was popular in early Mao history. The jadeite quality is very fine grained and high "chime" lao pit, and after this period, this very fine jadeite was no longer used for jade bangle bracelets with carving. The carving is two dragons, symbols of strength and protection. A small jade bangle 53.5mm flat inside and 13mm wide. Extra special, a collectors item you can wear.
